Bridget, Mark, Greg, Julia and Tommy are five friends who spend a holiday in Easter Island. After their arrival many strange events happen to them and they are not able to visit the island as ordinary tourists do. The Rano Kau and Rano Raraku volcanoes, the Rongo Rongo tablets, the Moai statues of Easter Island hide incredible mysteries that they will disclose. So, the crazy car they rent drives them directly into a fantastic adventure which will show them an unpredictable world.

Julia: I’m Tommy’s girlfriend. Our adventure starts with the disappearence of my bag. Mark: They call me “question Mark”. Greg: I can tell my friends many stories about magic, history, legends.

Rano raraku: It’s an extinct volcanic crater. About 200 Moai still lie in various states of production. It is considered the most important archeological site of the island.
Hanga Roa: It is the capital and the only town you find on Easter Island.
Rano Kau: It is the place where the inhabitants came to celebrate the birdman rite.

The arrival. In the jeep, Greg, Tommy, Mark, Julia and Bridget squeeze up to one another. The decision to spend a holiday on their own, maybe, was not such a magnificent idea.. They ar not alone in that unknown spot.

The strange case of the missing bag. They say it was a spirit that made the Moai statues walk.. A frightened creature is hidden behind the bushes, just in front of the house.

The Newcomer. “What are you looking for? Footprints? Cigarettes ends? Perhaps an eyewitness?”…Back indoors there’s another surprise awaiting them..There is no explanation for this mystery.

A thrilling visit. In the sixties, a seaquake knocked down all the statues. The engine has started up all of a sudden of its own free will!
